Our former Community-Based Prevention Services program — which primarily served families referred by the Department of Social Services — is now Family Connections, a program that accepts direct referrals from families and from the broader community, in addition to DSS.

Our Family Resource Specialists provide family-focused services and concrete resources and skills training to promote safe and stable families, enhance parental functioning, and reduce the risk of child abuse and neglect.
